Instructions for SUBMITTING ARTWORK
In order to print your job, we need the page layout files, all linked graphics (TIFs, PSD, EPS files etc) and all fonts used in either the page layout file or any placed EPS graphics (EPS files need fonts unless text has been converted
to paths). All images need to be 300 dpi and in CMYK color space or Grayscale for paper printing. For disc printing we can print with the CMYK process, however it is recommended that you use a series of pantone
swatches (these produce the best results) . Failure to comply with any of these specifications may severely affect turn times and cost. Download The artwork checklist here.
Note to MS Windows/Internet Explorer users:
When downloading EPS templates, Windows may try to save the file with a ".ps" file extension. This is incorrect. When you save the file to your hard drive, change file extension from ".ps" to ".eps". You will notice that Windows still has not changed the file from to ".ps" to ".eps". Please change the file extension back to ".eps" before you save the file. This will allow Windows to properly save and use the file.
